Somerset Engineering was tasked with design of a business park that would facilitate the expansion of local business and provide attraction to those outside the local economy. The tract was raw acreage with no direct access. The design and permitting when completed provided potable water, sanitary service, natural gas in quantity sufficient for industrial consumption, 3-phase/480 V electrical service (all underground), various forms of high speed internet and communication, nearly 1 mile of interior road designed at heavy highway standards, stormwater management features, and permitted access to the adjacent state highway including turning and deceleration lanes.
